Preamble:

The Q sheet had been filled for a while courtesy of a breakfast beatdown reward earlier in the year, so it had been a couple months since I'd been able to Q. While that was disappointing to not get a regular turn, it allowed me to spend more time in the "lab" figuring out just how to make this one as challenging as possible. With that in mind, here goes...

Warm-O-Rama:

I let the group know this would be a cinder workout, so folks showed up with their cinders (or some variation thereof). No FNGs, so quick intro and let's get moving towards the front, windy hill in the park. 10 SSHs 10 Copperhead squats Michael Phelps on your own 10 air presses WGS on your own Ready to roll...

The Thang:

4 stops including where we were in the parking lot to the top of the hill where exercises would be performed (current spot at bottom of hill, turn in windy drive, zebra crossing, top of hill) Start with 10 manmakers and 10 groiners, leave cinder Mosey to 2nd stop for 15 merkins Mosey to 3rd stop for 20 squats Mosey to 4th stop for 25 overhead claps On the way down the hill 10 SSHs at each of the 4 stops including the top Lunge walk with cinder from stop 1 to stop 2 where you'll do 15 manmakers and the 15 merkins, leave cinder again. Repeat the process up the hill before descending again and manmakers increase by 5 at each of the remaining stops All men made it to the top before time and those that finished early did some ab work on their own Round up the troops with their cinders and head back to the flag
