Preamble:
Independence Day at the Jammer. Backblast is gonna be short and sweet as I'm heading out on vacation for 2 weeks early tomorrow so just "gettin' it done".Warm-O-Rama:
Head to the Dam, all warmup exercises are to Lee Greenwood's "Proud to be an American"The Thang:
- BTTW (no relation to July 4th but couldn't pass it without hitting it up
- BIG BANG - out in the baseball field, the PAX would go around shuffling with the Q calling cadence and PAX turning around when he yells BANG, running the amount of strides corresponding to the rep count. 10 burpees, 20 diamond, 30 v ups, 40 LBC, 50 SSH
- FIRE DRILL - now that we have played with fire, we need to learn how to put it out. Stop, Drop and Roll. PAX in a circle high knees until someone yells FIRE. Everyone drops, rolls to the right, does a merkin, rolls left, does merkin, back up. We went all the way around the horn
- DORA - bernie up the dam hill for a quick Dora. 49 burpees, 100 merkin, 100 big boys, 249 total signifying our years of freedom
