Preamble:
Sometimes you get one shot. People may not remember your name afterwards. Today’s playlist featured songs from the 80s that were the artist only hit ever. Can we remember their name?
Warm-O-Rama:
Mosey around the parking lot to the back of the building for:
- SSH
- Weed Pickers
- Imperial Walkers
- Iron Cross
The Thang:
15 grab a sand bag and the remaining 8 grab a cinder.
Mosey to the upper lot where a board and music were set up.
Each round started with an escalating list of exercises starting with 10 Burpees. If the PAX knew the artist that was currently playing when it was time to do Burpees then we skipped the burpees. After the escalating list of exercises was a “30 block”. A block of 4 exercises with a 30 rep count. After the 30 Block, run a lap and return for another round starting with Burpees. We made it to 30 Block round 4 before time was called.
