Preamble:
Last moment Q grub. Went through my records of past Qs. Picked up something I did at the Widowmaker and modified a bit. I had quite a lot planned and still feared I'll need to improvise because we'll have some much time left. So no.
Warm-O-Rama:
Mosey toward the tennis courts and in between and down the stairs. Making sure the area was open, as I planned for 11s there later. Circle up for SSH, Imperial Walkers, Windmills, Squats, Hangovers and OYO Arm Circles.
The Thang:
At the bottom of the hill - 1 Big Boy Situp, 2 Freddie Mercury alpha count, 3 American Hammers alpha count and 4 Flutter Kicks alpha count. Run to the parking lot at the top and double up - 2/4/6/8, run to the bottom and do x3 - 3/6/9/12 back up and down, finishing at 5/10/15/20 and plank for the 6.
We did a quick Merk and Burb - regular Burpee with 1 pushup, another with 2 pushups, going up to 5 and back to 1.
Resume the abs work, starting at X6 - 6/12/18/24 and back up and down the hill till we get to 10/20/30/40. Well, time was running out so I called it when PAX were starting the 10th round.
We picked up medium+ coupons for Bring Sally Up. Start at squat position with the coupon and do a Thruster for bringing Sally Up. That sucked.
We had 5 minutes left to return the coupons and go back to the flag. no 11s today.
At the flag we planked and did a Hand Release Merkin circle. One PAX at a time does 1 HR Merkin. 10 rounds total. Finished with 10 IC Monkey Humpers.
