After the esteemed @Sweep3r abandoned his post, YHC picked up the Q for a 2nd Monday in a row.  Promising to not run @Zima's Hill, the focus became upper body strength and endurance. PAX were instructed to bring cinders/coupons. Beautiful (and humid) morning, But...Today is a good day, to have a good day. Let's GO!

Mosey to the Pull Up Station: Morning Woodys (pullup and burpee x 5 while other PAX plank and Merkin)

Murder bunny to every tree, stop and do 5 blockees, 10 Vups , 15 skulls, 20 curls ( 100 yards, 7 tree stops)
