Preamble:

Get ready to go through the grinder.

Warm-O-Rama:

Side Straddle Hop - 20  Hillbillies - (alpha) 10  Squats - 15 Mountain climbers - 20  Wing flappers - 20 (arm circle)

The Thang:

Mosey over to the wall, a quick 20 stair climbers to get ready for some serious hill work. Quick trust holds in planks while pax bear crawl through the trust tunnel. Then, it's time to climb at the hill...Turkey Peckers at the top (Carolina dry docks), exercise at the bottom, up and down.
  1. 5 Burpees
  1. 10 Merkins (Push-ups)
  1. 15 LBCs (Little Baby Crunches)
  1. 20 Lunges
  1. 25 Mountain Climbers (each leg)
  1. 30 Merkins 
  1. 35 squats 
  1. 40 SSHs (Side Step Hops or Jumping Jacks)
  1. 45 J lo’s
Then it's a mosey to the track. 100 yard runs, partner swaps exercise of Flutters, burpees, SSH, Merkins, follow by a lap of PAX choice rotation of exercise. Then...more stairs! 10 BB situps a the top, shoulder taps at the bottom. (Some pax listened to instruction, some talked through, causing enjoyable confusion, so Q re-instructed for round 2) Close it out with a quick mosey to the rock pile for some curls and skull crushers, then mosey to the flag with seconds to spare.
