The Thang:
I introduced the workout and revealed a truck load of girlfriends... and one lone boyfriend. What a lucky dude! The workout consisted of an escalating list of exercises and counts that would repeat and be added to each round. The 30 block was 4 exercises with a 30 count on each. The thing was, I had an 80s One Hit Wonder playlist going. If you guessed the group that was playing when we got to Burpees we got to skip the Burpees. We did once.30 Block
