After Lumbergh's memory challenge on Tuesday, I wanted to make the workout easier to follow. Kind of double respect edition.   Disclaimer, mosey.

Warm-O-Rama:

To the big lot. Circle the lot always facing east. side shuffle right, forward, side shuffle left, nur then forward run back to the east side.

The Thang:

I introduced the workout and revealed a truck load of girlfriends... and one lone boyfriend. What a lucky dude! The workout consisted of an escalating list of exercises and counts that would repeat and be added to each round. The 30 block was 4 exercises with a 30 count on each. The thing was, I had an 80s One Hit Wonder playlist going. If you guessed the group that was playing when we got to Burpees we got to skip the Burpees. We did once.
