The Thang:

Mosey to the town green. 10 hand-release merkins 15 diamond merkins 20 jump squats 25 dips 30 butterfly BB Situps (feet out and touching, hands touch ground on way up and way down) Run 1 lap (half of oval) Rinse and repeat dropping 5 reps from each exercise but adding another lap. Repeato until only 5 situps left. Mosey to other side of oval. Partner up for modified Dora. 100 hand-release merkins 50 No surrenders 100 dying cockroaches Time for Bring Sally Up. Finish.
