SSH WP IW Hip Flexor Arm circles

The Thang:

Mercan Mile, DeLorean style: rotate every 0.2 miles between:
  • 10 burpees
  • 20 mercans
  • 20 dry docks
Lung worm up the BFH:
  • alpha lunge, inch worm, two mercans, bring your feet up..... alllllll the way up the widow maker.
BearLungerines:
  • bear crawl to cone, 3 wolverines, lungewalk to next cone, 3 wolverines, rinse, repeat. down half filed and back half field
Fox hole:
  • half field fox hole
Mercan Mile #2: popcorn
  • traded pax by pax choosing exercises each time we hit a corner of the field.  we didn't do a full mile, but did like 3 laps.  each pax chose 2x.  I don;t remember all the exercises, but I do remember Stroller's ABCs (spell the alphabet with your legs ab workout)
Rock & Roll:
  • full song: SSH --> burpees
  • full song: Imperial walkers --> freddie mercury
