Preamble:
Time to start the Rubicon week off right with some stations of pain. YHC had a soft plan in place, until 5 HC’s turned in to 10 pax so needed some filler help with some exercises.
Disclaimer given and off we went.
Warm-O-Rama:
Mosey around parking lot then circled up in front of flag for the usual stuff. 4-5 minutes in a strange car pulled in and parked in a spot right in front of us all…Oh, it’s Hot Sauce…YAAAHH!!!

- 40# Sandbag – Curl to OH Press

Run around lot once after 5 rotations again after the 10th.

- Lunges

- Shoulder Taps
- 40# Sandbag – Bent Over Rows
- American Hammers
- Box Cutters

COT:
- Prayers for AWOL (PB’s son) and all our soldiers being sent to the Middle East.
- Prayers for YHC’s 2.0 and his growth/healing.
Naked-Man Moleskin:
This group did fantastic at helping YHC since he was so unprepared by filling up the workout exercise list. Gives me some good ideas for another Q down the road….hahaha!
