Preamble:

Time to start the Rubicon week off right with some stations of pain. YHC had a soft plan in place, until 5 HC’s turned in to 10 pax so needed some filler help with some exercises.

 

Disclaimer given and off we went.

Warm-O-Rama:

Mosey around parking lot then circled up in front of flag for the usual stuff. 4-5 minutes in a strange car pulled in and parked in a spot right in front of us all…Oh, it’s Hot Sauce…YAAAHH!!!

The Thang:

Stations:

First Round:

  1. 60# Sandbag – Dead lift
  2. Burpees
  3. KB Swings
  4. 40# Sandbag – Curl to OH Press
  5. Big Boy’s
  6. 40# Sandbag – Squats
  7. Supermans
  8. Flutters
  9. Merkins
  10. Farmer Carry with 2 Cinders (our catalyst for the rotation)

Run around lot once after 5 rotations again after the 10th.

  3. KB V-Chops
  4. 40# Sandbag – Up-N-Overs
  5. Shoulder Taps
  6. 40# Sandbag – Bent Over Rows
  7. American Hammers
  8. Box Cutters
  9. Plank
  10. Farmer Carry with 2 Cinders (our catalyst for the rotation)

Run around lot once after 5 rotations again after the 10th.

COT:

  • Prayers for AWOL (PB’s son) and all our soldiers being sent to the Middle East.
  • Prayers for YHC’s 2.0 and his growth/healing.

Naked-Man Moleskin:

This group did fantastic at helping YHC since he was so unprepared by filling up the workout exercise list. Gives me some good ideas for another Q down the road….hahaha!
