- Mosey back to the top of the hill
- 7's down to the manhole and back, BB's and FlutterKicks.
- At the manhole, 7's down to the bottom and back, mercans and mountain climbers
- Mosey back to the top & over to the coupon pile by the upper field.
- Top Gun
- Everyone pick a coupon that matches their... um, confidence level. Circle up.
- Do 10x of each of the following:
- Curls, OH Press, Skull Crushers, BO Rows, Squats
- EMOM, rotate to the left one coupon space and do 3 burpees.
