Run to Rubicon. Let's meet up. However, it's Academy, so there is no simple mosey over.
1 mile run to Rubicon at periodic stages along the way we stopped to perform the following:
- 10 Side plank knee-elbow toe touch IC
- 20 Mercans IC
- 30 Mountain climber heel touch IC
- 40 Reverse LBC IC
- 50 SSH IC
We jumped into the Q, then bounced out at 0600 to head back to the flag.
