Mosey to muscle beach   Clockwise - 5 pullups - 10 merkins - 15 side straddle hops - 10 Carolina Dry Docks   Counter-clockwise - 5 leg lifts - 10 single leg hops (right) - 15 Squats - 10 single leg hops (left)   Third Round - both of the above! Mosey back to parking lot - triple burpee set at each speed bump (hold a Plank for the six)
