Preamble:

First Q at Windjammer this year, with 2.0 in tow for his first country club experience.

Warm-O-Rama:

mosey to the lake, usuals - SSH, Weeds, Winds, Copperheads, Moroccos, and some tempo merkins.

The Thang:

PAX assembled in tennis parking, with a selection of coupons and a yacht rock playlist.  A deck of standard cards with four each of 2, 3, 4, 5, 10, J, Q, K, A, shuffled and splayed face down.  PAX alternate turning cards, and we all perform the associated exercise.
  • 2 - 20 Merkins (your choice)
  • 3 - 30 Squats
  • 4 - 40 LCB
  • 5 - 50 Mountain Climbers
  • 10 - 10 Inchworms
  • J - 11 Hand Release Mike Tysons
  • Q - 12 Freddie Mercuries (alpha)
  • K - 13 Big Boys
  • A - Your choice of the following:
    • Run to lake and perform 1 Burpee salute to sunrise, mosey back
    • Bear Crawl 30ish yards (uphill) and Bernie back
    • Complete a circuit of 25 each of curls, skull crushers, and thrusters
    • 25 Burpees.
Mosey back to the cold towls, then fish for 40 minutes.

COT:

Brew Ruck Saturday.  Prayers for Fannypack, as well as all those sad clowns suffering from depression.
