Preamble:

Planned for a modified version of Cricket game along with Burpees .

Warm-O-Rama:

15 Counts of each Exercises
  1. SSH (Side Straddle Hop)
  2. Weed Pickers
  3. Hand Circles – small, medium, big
  4. Windmills
  5. Copperhead squats

The Thang:

Setup:
  1. Used a light ball, cricket bat, and a cinder brick as stumps.
  2. ⁠Marked 4 exercise zones around the field: 2 Burpees + 20 Monkey Humpers Zone / 20 Merkins Zone / 20 Squats Zone / 20 Big boys.
  3. ⁠Participants counted 1 to 10. Bowler starts in reverse order, batter in increasing order, all other players circle around the fields inside the exercise zone.
Game Rules and Exercise Integration:
  1. Missed Ball (Swing and Miss, ball do not reach exercise zone): 10 Mountain Climbers
  2. ⁠Ball Hit and Fielded, do not reach exercise zone: 10 Alpha American Hammers
  3. ⁠Ball Crosses and reach exercise zone: Do the corresponding exercise 5 Burpees Zone, 25 Merkins Zone, 25 Squats Zone, 25 Big boys.
  4. ⁠Ball Hits the Stumps: Sprint around the field and back to your position.
  5. ⁠Catch Out: 10 LBCs
  6. ⁠Every Over (6 Balls Completed): Switch batter and bowler.
