Preamble:

I missed a Q a few weeks ago, so I took my medicine by performing 10 burpees for the boys

Warm-O-Rama:

mosey to wall are, usual stuff

The Thang:

Mosey to School/Monkey Humper Hill. Assemble at bottom of hill, Tabata timer set for 1 minute work, 1 minute 20 sec run. Perform first exercise AMRAP for 1 full minute, focusing on form Run to top of hill and touch fence, return to starting point, approx 1/10 mi RT.  Any remaining time is your personal rest period. RR 3 rounds, then 1 minute rest, for a total of 4 sets of 3 rounds.
  • Round 1: Merkins, Big Boys, Squats
  • Round 2: Wide Merkins, LBCs, Jump Squats
  • Round 3: Diamond Merkins, reverse LBCs, Lunge
  • Round 4: Hand Release merkins, Crunchy Frogs, Star Jumps
Mosey back to flag, stopping on the traffic triangle at state bridge and 141 to Perform Monkey Humpers for the early morning commuters while waiting for the walk signal.
