Preamble:

It's been a while since I've been at the helm anywhere. The Second Watch Q sheet is fresh and calling my name. Here goes!

Warm-O-Rama:

Mosey around the rec center to the back of the Gladiator parking lot. Circle up for a few exercises. Mosey over to the other side of the rec center

The Thang:

Two classics combined in a stupid and terrible way: Dual Ratio Escalators (later named Lt. Dankeys)
  • Rec center side: 1 mercan to 3 donkey kicks
  • Splash pad side: 1 squat to 4 lunges
  • Mosey in between the sides, incrementing the mercans/squats by 1 each time and maintaining the designated ratio
During this fun, Macbeth moved a giant coupon that they use as a doorstop for the gym door. So we had to try it out. We all held a wall sit, while 1 PAX at a time did 10 BORs with the coupon. After this, we all held plank while each PAX did 5 burpees. Still 15 minutes to go, we are cooked, but we must finish it out. Begin a mosey to the Muscle Beach side of the park. Stop a long the way, adding an exercise each time:
  • 10 SSH
  • 20 v-ups
  • 30 mountain climbers
  • 20 dips
  • 10 burpees
Back at the flag for a minute of Mary. Diamond and Tempo Mercans, because why not??
