Warm-O-Rama:

Slow mosey towards the front of the park and circled up near the gazebo. SSH, Willie Mays Hayes, Mountain Climbers, Arm Circles, Michael Phelps

The Thang:

Partner up.  Partner one performs exercise while other partner runs a lap around the parking lot. Exercises:
  1. 50 Burpees
  2. 100 step ups
  3. 100 leg lifts
Slow mosey to the pull up bars. Partner up.  Partner one performs the exercise while partner 2 runs to restrooms and back. Exercises:
  1. 100 Mercans
  2. 100 Reverse Lunges
  3. 100 Big Boy Sit Ups
Slow mosey to the hill near the flags. 11's:  Squat Jumps & Crab cakes until we ran out of time
