Preamble:

It was an off day for YHC. Just felt like I hadn't prepared properly. After reading my notes I realized I made the work out a lot more difficult than originally planed with 50 runs instead of 10. We modified and got help from fellow PAX, and made it through together!

Warm-O-Rama:

Mosey around the parking lot and then Warm-o-rama SSH, Weed Pickers, Willie Mays Hayes, Good Mornings, and Arm Circles

The Thang:

Had to modify the below but we got through this all together. Didn't get to the second part of what I had planned. 10-1 Start at 10 reps of each, decrease by 1 each round down to 1.

• Burpees

• Jump Squats

• Merkins

• Big Boys

• Carolina Dry Docks

Run after each round.

That’s 55 reps of each movement + 10 runs
