Preamble:
It was an off day for YHC. Just felt like I hadn't prepared properly. After reading my notes I realized I made the work out a lot more difficult than originally planed with 50 runs instead of 10. We modified and got help from fellow PAX, and made it through together!Warm-O-Rama:

Had to modify the below but we got through this all together. Didn't get to the second part of what I had planned. 10-1 Start at 10 reps of each, decrease by 1 each round down to 1.
• Burpees
• Jump Squats
• Merkins
• Big Boys
• Carolina Dry Docks
Run after each round.
