The Thang:
Preliminary run around the field switching between karaokas (may not have spelled that one correctly and did not know the name until today), Bearnies, sprints, and mosey four times total (12/3) with a set of 12 merkens after each lap.
We then proceeded to tour, via mosey, the west side of the park stopping at interesting places for twelve merkens. Upon arrival at the top of the widowmaker, we did twelve burpees. We descended the widowmaker for three rounds of box cutters, flutter kicks, and A. Hammers-12 each. While going down and up the hill, we worked out with a coupon-12 curls, 12 overhead press, and 12 skull crushers.
With the addition of some step ups and dancing bears we made our way back to the flag.
