Preamble:

Against my better judgement, I didn't ask for a substi-Q this AM despite not being able to breathe and having a chest full of loogie....Still - took the Q and boy was I glad I kept it. So, with a group of vets, abbreviated disclaimer was given, and off we went.

Warm-O-Rama:

10 each of weedpickers, hillbillies, Moroccan nightclubs, and Michael Phelps. Grab the blocks and off to the back parking lot

The Thang:

  1. Four corners clockwise / counterclockwise - starting at stations 1, conduct 4 exercises (Mercans/Coupon Squats/Rows/Stiff Leg Deadlifts) at each station, 11 reps apiece. Total of 9 stations. Mode of travel between station - Rifle carry. SO - 99 reps of each total
  2. Circle up for Jack Webb, except Erkins instead of Mercans. Mosey to the deck
  3. Rolling Dry Hump - Conduct 1 Carolina Drydock to 2 monkey humpers (to 1 alpha lunge walk each time), working up to 10 CDD's and 20 monkey humpers. Block carry back to the flag
  4. Mary, with descending reps (by 2, starting at 10) for Supermen, L/R side v-ups, Gas pumpers, American hammers, and LBC's. Got down to 4 and that was time.
