Preamble:

The school days are winding down in the neighborhood as the days get longer and humidity increases. The best way to start the day and weekend is with a new playlist and sweaty beatdown...it's time for Walkie's Greatest Hits. Let's go!

Warm-O-Rama:

Let's embark on an Adventure of a Lifetime (Coldplay) & head to the lake for some SSH, WillyMaysHays, Toy Soldiers, WeedPickers, ImperialWalkers, ArmCircles & MPhelps.

The Thang:

Stay or Leave (DMB) but  Thang 1 included 10 spots rotating through 20 Merkins, 20 LBCs & 20 Squats. "We saw things so much clearer once these were in our Rearviewmirror" (Pearl Jam) We ended with some calf raises & monkey humpers then we left "on a Southern train" and hit the Interstate Love Song (STP) back to the big flag while Saving the Night (Eagle Eye Cherry) on the way.  Thang 2 involved grabbing a coupon and doing some curls/overhead press/skullcrushers while we did some Speed Burpees, Speed Merkins & Shoulder-Tap-Plank to Hymn for the Weekend (Coldplay) This made us feel "high, so high, so high!"  Thang 3 got started with It's Still Rock & Roll to Me (BillyJ) and involved 15 Dips, 10 MikeTysons, 5 BigBoySitups; repeat. Athens own (REM) The One I Love & ChilliPepper's Otherside got us through here..."how long will we slide?" Townie took it on the other side.  Thang 4 involved some Curls to Mr Jones (Counting Crows) "Shalalalalalala". We had time for some Flutters & BCutters before  Thang 5 which was a sweaty 4-minute finish to I Will Wait (Mumford) where we did SSH/Squats/Lunges & Burpees on Q, "I Will Wait". Then we "came home like a stone". Time, Woo!

COT:

Prayers for Diva's neighbor Matt who has to undergo more surgery & a long recovery Prayers for Townie's friend Bobby. We will wait for You. Praise for FalseStart's niece's clear results

Naked-Man Moleskin:

Music is good for the soul, exercise is good for the body, and Iron sharpens Iron. Love you, brothers. Always a pleasure to lead. Rock on!
