Preamble:
Thanks to D Mack and Miller Time for inviting the Gladiator to host breakfast and a BD at NLB! We had a great turnout and an excellent breakfast!Warm-O-Rama:
Short mosey to the upper parking lot and circled back to the bottom of the hill near the lower entrance. We warmed up with 10 SSH, 10 windmills, arm circles, and Michael Phelps. After the warm up we partnered up and collected cinders. One cinder per couple. We headed to the base of the hill for instructions. There was a board of pain and some tunes waiting for us.The Thang:
Partner 1 performed the exercise while the other partner ran the same loop we did for our warmup. When partner 2 returned from the run he would perform the exercise and the other would run. Keep doing this for all 11 exercises. We would switch to the next exercise when the song changed. The 11 exercises were:- Cinder Curls
- Overhead Press
- Bench Press w/ V-up
- Bent Over Rows
- Thrusters
- Plank Cinder Drag L&R
- Cross Over Mercans
- Kettle Swings
- Reverse Lunges
- Tricep Extensions
- Burpees
