Preamble:

They say you only turn 45 on a Windjammer Friday once.  They say that, right?   YHC wanted a nice easy going beatdown to prepare for a little golf and beer later on so that's what we did!

Warm-O-Rama:

Mosey to the dam, false start led us in some mtn man poopers and then we did the regular other warm-ups.

The Thang:

  • We only ran 2 miles of hills on Wednesday for Milli Vanilli's birthday Q on Wednesday so a quick run up and down the dam hill today.  Only once.
  • Grab some coupons and rep out 45 curls, 45 skull cruchers, and 45 BoRs.
  • Mosey back to the flag grab the speaker, deck of death and ChatGPT written trivia winky
  • Break out to 2 groups.  Pull a card.  Answer a trivia question.
    • Correct - do what the card says
    • Incorrect - do 2x what the card says
  • We completed about 14 rounds of this until TIME was called.  My group somehow had many of the questions correct while group 2 maybe got 1.  Weird.
