The Thang:

This is a pyramid style workout, there were four different stations, at station one we did Mike Tyson’s, at station two we did overhead presses with the kettlebell or a center block, at station number three we did curls and at station number four we did squats. Each time we went to a station, we added 10 to our reps. So we started with 10 reps at each station, then the second time through we added 10 reps, then the third time through we added 10 more. So it went 10, 20 and 30, then the fourth time through you went back down to 20 and then the fifth time we went back down to 10. It’s important to have space between each station because we did a one armed farmers carry in between each station and we walked it. Really focusing on form. Once we completed that we did 11s, inch warm Merkins and then American hammers on the other side. That finished out our beat down.
