Once again, the Q sheet was lonelier than a confessional on Mardi Gras, so yours truly jumped in to guide the Meatheads. A veteran crew in tow, so abbreviated disclaimer given...and away we wentWarm-O-Rama:
10 each of weedpickers, Willy Mays Hays, Hillbillies, Moroccan Nightclubs, and little baby arm circles. Walk to the plaground with 2 regular bricks in towThe Thang:
- Shoulders - Conduct 40 each of front raise, side raise, upright row, and bent raise. Proceed walking to the memorial while doing 40 overhead presses. Rinse and repeat for 30 at the memoral, 20 at the firepit, 10 at the fountain, and come back to start.
- Arms - Conduct 30 each of hammer curls, reverse curls, regular curls, kickbacks. Walk to the wall by the memorial, conducting 30 of overhead tricep presses. Rinse and repeat at the wall for 20, then return to start, conducting 10. Walk to the ramp
- Legs - Conduct 40 each of sumo squats, monkey humpers, then go up the ramp with 40 single count lunge walks up/40 back down. Rinse and repeat down 30/20/10. Diverted after 30 towards the flag.....completed the evolution en route to the flag...and that was time.
