Preamble:

I'll start by saying some people are getting credit for rucking because they joined our COT. Cheaters. I figured by 6am this would be some folks third, fourth, or 11th beatdown (Stroller). So, I wanted to make it fun. At first, i thought pitching a tennis ball and hitting it with a cinder would work, but couldn't find a tennis ball without dog slobber on it. So, kickball instead (and yes, it was actually a dodgeball).

Warm-O-Rama:

Cusack over to the bathrooms where we did some SSH, weed pickers, arm circles, imperial walkers.

The Thang:

First things first - we had to get some real work in. Four exercises were written on a sheet of paper - Dips, Derkins, step ups, and shoulder taps. We had 17 pax if i recall, and i wanted 15 marks on each exercise before we moved on. Sort of a warm up part deuce. When I called this out, Miller Time said, "Dipstick, have you lost your mind?" Sounds like he's been talking to my wife. Still investigating... The Real Thang Count off by twos. One team fields while the other kicks (you know... kickball). For hits, the batters do squats and the fielders do curls. Single was 30 squats to the batters, 10 curls for the fielders. Double was 20/20, single was 10/30. For outs, one out was 5 blockees to the batters & 10 overhead presses to the fielders. A double play was 10 blockees and 5 curls. No double plays were made. We did have one triple, though! I wasn't sure how this would work out, but it was fun and worked pretty well. Got some exercise, to boot!
