Preamble:
No FNFs at the 4am hour, so the pre-amble was rather short. Most of the guys had just finished with Pushbacks Ruck, and were ready for a beatdown.Warm-O-Rama:

The Thang:
With the 10-year convergence happening this morning at 7am, let's play 10 positions of baseball (That's 9 on the field, plus the DH). For round one, we'll do 20 reps of each exercise listed at each position, and then a movement exercise to the next. We'll drop to 15 for round 2, and so on. When we hit zero, time to run a lap.
