Preamble:

Rerun of my 6th maniversary.  Scampi led a brutal pre-run with speed training. Sugar, Tsunami, and Yellowstone joined with a start at 4:45.  Kudos.   Strange rep numbers - just sticking with anything that contained or added up to 6!

Warm-O-Rama:

Run, SSH, good morning squats, weed picker, imperial walker, arm circles.

The Thang:

33 Derkins for each pax. Dora starts.  Two sets of 4 exercises. 1: Drive the Bus - 1 round each pax 2: 132 OH Press 3: 132 Curls 4: 132 Upright rows After completion, we stayed busy with SSH until the 6 was in on this first set. Second round: 1: 66 Lunges - A 2; 66 Single Leg Squats (most of us used the cinder to hold up or off - leg) 3: 66 Monkey Humpers 4: 132 Toe Raises 5: 196 Freddie Mercuries (we cut these short and just worked these until the bell)
