Cinder rifle-carried to the pull-up bars Do a circuit of 5 exercises then a run around baseball field.  Each circuit increase count by 5 up to 20 counts.  Then continue circuit but decrease count by 5 each circuit.  Circuit count should be 5, 10, 15, 20, 15, 10, 5 The Circuit
