15x SSH 15x Weed Picker Arm Circles forward and Reverse OYO 10x Willie Mays Hayes 15x Copperhead Squat  

The Thang:

After a quick mosey to the pavilion Pax lined up on the wall. Balls to the Wall while each Pax called out “down”.  Pax did push ups while in Balls to the Wall until all Pax had called out “down” x3 Quick mosey to the field Run DMC around the field 1 full lap before each exercise 20x Diamond Merkin 20x Merkin 20x Carolina Dry Docks Pax lined up on the sideline and did sprints with an exercise at the end and then walked back sprint 1 - 10 squats sprint 2 - 10 big boys sprint 3 - 10 American hammers Run DMC on a half field with 10x each exercise - Indian Run between exercises More sprints with exercises Quick mosey back to the flags 10 minutes of burpees 10 burpees every minute for 10 minutes with 5 sec rest between.
