Swapped Qs with Zima so he'll have next week. Decided to bring back another simple workout that would keep us moving and hopefully stay warm.Warm-O-Rama:
Quick warmup:- 10x Copperhead Squats
- Michael Phelps / Sun Gods
- 10x Toy Soldiers
The Thang:
Tabata style workout with 4 rounds of 10 exercises. 50 seconds of work, 10 seconds of rest / transition. I had an issue with the Tabata app for the first round but got things figured out after that. 10 exercises:- Run lap of the parking lot followed by merkins for remainder of the 50 seconds.
