Preamble:
Day 2 of the NSU Tri-Fecta Q week. Pulled one out of the bag that was promised to be super-fun & creative. Borrowed from the man-LUMBERGH so you knew it would be a good one.Warm-O-Rama:
The usual good ole borrowing stuff followed by a lap and then straight to the cinder pile. Once back to the flag, a few more warm-up exercises for good measure. The Thang:
Teamwork was stressed during the welcome/disclaimer this morning as it would take everyone (or maybe just Golden Corral) to get through this BD. A board of exercises/rep counts was placed up by the guard gate so the pax took off to see what was in store. YHC gave the men about 10-15 seconds to look over the list and the pax had to remember IN ORDER and BY CORRECT rep count. Now back down to the flag where cinders were waiting. Any mess-ups or forgotten exercises, then everyone went back up to the board and started all over again. Impressive enough, YHC believes the men got through the first 6 in order but floundered around the 27-LBC's. Time flew by and if memory serves, only three trips up and back were made. Below is what was listed on the board:- 23 Merkins
- 11 Star Jacks
- 39 Mtn. Climbers (alpha)
- 6 Burpees
- 14 Curls
- 18 Goblet Squats
- 27 LBCs
- 8 V-Chops (alpha)
- 21 SSH
- 17 Rosalitas
- 9 Bonnie Blairs (alpha
- 10 Cinder Swings
