I thought we could kick off the week with some cinder play.
Quick mossy over the playground where did a light warm-up
Group walking Fartlek to the Quad (parking lot). Cinder overhead, when someone passes you, perform a shoulder press.
The PAX paired up, starting on opposite ends of the parking lot before beginning their workout.
Twenty kettlebells and then run to switch with their partner.
