Remembered last night I had the Q when checking slack. Nothing like a tight deadline to pull something together.
Moseyed to the parking lot for some SSH’s, Weedpickers, hillbillies and arm circles. While doing the arm circles I explained we’ll head to the coupon pile and to choose wisely because we will be carrying to coupon the entire beatdown.
Went to the football field and did a little cumulative 4 corners. 4 exercises each lap with a different exercise at each each corner and repeating the previous exercises.
1st corner - 5 burpees; 2nd corner - 5 burpees, 10 squats; 3rd corner - 5 burpees, 10 squats, 15 merkins; 4th corner - 5 burpees, 10 squats, 15 merkins, 20 Freddy Mercury’s
Proceeded with 5 more laps (at least some did!).
Lap 2 - deadlifts, bent over rows, shoulder press, skull crushers
Lap 3 - big boy sit-ups, lunges, American hammers, monkey humpers
Lap 4 - shoulder taps, curls, jump squats, flutter kicks
Lap 5 - sumo squats, LBC’s, diamond merkins, gas pumpers
Lap 6 - burpees, fire hydrants, reverse lunges, leg lifts
Dropped off the coupons and headed back to flag. Got there right in time to recover.
