lumbergh week continues at Rubicon. My back (thanks to burpee broad jumps) couldn't take an Avis Q at Academy so we switched it up for the day. As we work to celebrate Halloween week and encourage folks to show up at Hoppylike Friday I brought a Zombieland themeish beatdown
Grab a rock and hit the bathrooms (defying rule 5. Beware of Bathrooms) and circle up for a warmup SSH, IW, and WP, Arm Circles
Rule 1 Cardio.
We hit FOD and sprint to the fence and mosey back (Trebek giving Irene a solid photo finish!). Rule 2. Double Tap. Rinse and Repeat the Sprint.
Back to the bathrooms for rule 8. Get a kickass partner.
Dora style for round 1 with 100 mercans, 200 squats with rock, 300 Curls
No music today as rule number 10 is Don't make any noise.
Second round a bit shorter but defying rule number 7. Travel Light the moving pax cusacked the rock to the bathroom and back during 100 Step ups, 150 LBCs, and the start of 200 skull crushers.
All of this gave good conversations on some of the past pax we saw again recently and even this morning. Good reviews on horror movies and the appropriateness of some for kids (Scream a good recommendation, maybe not Zombieland).
We returned the rock because there was something I had to go try.
Off to the pavillion where I get help from Fanny Pack and Irene on the Wingnut exercise. Feet locked into the picnic bench, lean back and rotate to touch elbows to the table. A much more intense american hammer. A couple rounds of those mixed in with dips and we head back to the flag for a little mary and done
