Mosey around the parking lot to the circle on the mid field. Light stretching (Side-Straddle Hops, Weed Pickers, World's Greatest Stretch, and some Arm Circles). Mosey to the baseline.
Using the 4 corners of the goal box, perform 10 reps of Burpees, V-Ups, Leg Raises, and Side-Straddle Hops on each corner of the goal box. Once completed, go into the goal for the 6. After the 6 was in, repeat using the 18 box and complete 10 reps of Burpees, Alpha Ct Bonnie Blairs, & Jump Squats at each corner. There was an addition exercise that I'm drawing a blank
Mosey to the secondary field. Line up along the brick wall. Q called 'Dips & Derkins". PAX to perform a rep count of 2,4,6,8 and 10. Perform 2 Dips & 2 Derkins, bernie sanders the width of the field, mosey back to the brick wall. Repeat and increase the rep count by 2. After reaching rep count 10, do 10 alpha ct step ups and mosey 1/2 a lap.
Q then lead the PAX to the bathroom area. Q called for "Balls to the Wall" mixed w/ LBCs. With a partner, perform 20 LBCs while the other partner does Balls to the Wall. Flapjack. Once both partners have completed 20 reps, increase to 30 reps, and then 40 reps.
Q then lead the PAX to the road behind the flag. Lining up on the curb, Q called a mix of Mike Tysons on 1 curb and Jump Squats on the other. Perform 2 reps of Mike Tysons, travel by lunge walk to the other side of the street, perform 2 reps of Jump Squats. Continue using a rep count of 2,4,6,8, and 10.
Back to the flag for a quick circle burp and 5 merkins.
Spandex - thankful his dad (Vern) is eating / recovering. Vern is back home now. Continued prayers for the job hunt.
