9/25 is a great day. Beginning of fall, multiple weeks into the college football season, and birthday to many great Americans. A couple of them were (thought) to be in attendance at the wreck, but the government decided it needed jury members. With Boomstick turning 52, and YHC turning 40, there were many reps to be had
Turned on that new colorful speaker and moseyed to the parking lot for the following:
Michael Phelps and arm circles
Grab a coupon and to the field. The pax found a lovely board with just 5 exercises in 2 columns.
First column: 2nd column:
20 RDLs 52 SSH
20 BBSU 40 merkins
40 squats 40 rows
52 Curls 40 thrusters
52 LBCs 40 shoulder taps
Start with RDLs, then lunge to 20 and reverse lunge back, then do RDLs and BBSU then lunge 20 yards and back. So on until you do all exercises. when on 2nd column, do 40 yard dash instead of lunges.
most were able to finish the first column, but time was catching us so return rocks and back to the flag just in time.
HBD to Boomstick. And as DC2 reminded me, 40 gets no more respect.
Thankful for this group of men to start my 40s around.
