Stayed there and ran the outside of the balloon. Stopped at every crossing path and did 15 SSH, 10 Mercans and 5 burpees. Total 105 SSH, 70 mercans, 35 burpees
Mosey to the big stairs for the board of pain.
Supersets – 2 exercises, 2x each alternating. Then run stairs to top and back down after each group.

Mosey to pavilion for some table work. Dercans, step ups, inverted rows, then hit some Dan Taylors for a set. Finished with a round of Mary.
