Who said we wouldn’t run too much?

Wednesday is a big day for F3 Cumming, this is the day of the week where East and West come together in unison. Numbers were lower today than normal today but the pain was felt by all.
Mosey to the parking lot by the track

Mosey to the track
Well it was time for us to get back on “track” at Big Creek.
Mosey the first 50 meters-sprint the next 50 meters-mosey to the middle point of the turn and deposit 5 burpees and repeat for the next half lap again depositing 5 burpees at the middle point of the turn. Rinse and repeat decreasing one burpee each lap until finished. A PAX who will remain nameless did need clarification that there would be no right turns on the track…only left turns.
Mosey to the playground…I mean painground for some more fun.
DORA-50 pull ups, 75 swircans, 100 LBC’s-one PAX exercising and the other running a lap around the painground. YHC heard a few grumblings from some PAX here and knew that the level of discomfort was rising. Mission accomplished.
Finished up with a few minutes of Mary.
The Murph will be Monday at Black Water with a 0700 start time. Olaf will send more information out regarding costs and such for the meal to follow.
With school getting out, prayers for all the students, staff, and families for a safe summer and safe travels.
Praises for Schneider’s mom and her current health improvements.
Keep accelerating fellas.
