The Thang:

Took off heading north on Buice, took a right on Kimball bridge. Quarter mile or so up on the left we turned into Park Brook neighborhood. Winding down a huge hill until we got to the tennis court area and hit the paved trails.  Ran north west until we got to the fork hung a left and headed towards big creek for a nice horseshoe off the main trail, took another left that took us around a pond and back up to Brookside Parkway. Trail system in the forest had some nice short climbs. Humid and dark back there. A few muddy spots but overall conditions were good. We ran Brookside Parkway until we hit Alexander, Alexander to old Milton Parkway.  Old Milton is a nice steady climb back towards Kimball bridge. Hung a  right on Kimball bridge and we’re in the homestretch. Mosey down Kimball bridge and hang the left back onto buice  and back home.  I think we all agreed. It was a tough little run. Got everybody home a little bit later than I wanted to. I think we hit 5 1/2 miles.

COT:

F3 Memorial Day Murph at the bridge and meat house location
