Hill Repeats and Loop Run

Preamble:

Started off with a pre-run of hills at 6 Hills.

Warm-O-Rama:

Hills were our warm up

The Thang:

Tried a new route that made some loops around roads we normally don’t travel.  Worked out well until we forgot to take one extra right and had to backtrack a bit, but it all worked out.

COT:

Prayers for Caffey and their closing and moving coming up and their 2.0.  And prayers for my oldest 2.0 as she was trying out for a Milton feeder volleyball team.
