The Thang:

5 minute EMOM:

Minute 1: 1 pull up, 2 push up, 3 squat

Minute 2: 2 pull up, 4 push up, 6 squat

Minute 3: 3 pull up, 6 push up, 9 squat

Minute 4: 4 pull up, 8 push up, 12 squat

Minute 5: 5 pull up, 10 push up, 15 squat

Followed by 400M run.

 

Repeat above 5 times

Total: 75 pull ups, 150 push ups, 225 squats, 1.25 mile run.
