Un Ejercicio Por Cinco De Mayo en El Puente

Preamble:

Hoy es Viernes, el Cinco de Mayo. Esta necessario a celebrar este dia….entonces, esta manana mis hermanos fuimos un viaje en El Puente. No era necesario por un descargo de resonsabilidad (estamos veteramos), entonces nuestro viaje comenzo.


Warm-O-Rama:

Walking warmup – we were going to get warmed up by rucking. Quick Ruck from the flag to the top of the steps at the bridge.

The Thang:

  1. 7’s (Squat / rail pullups and mercans), lunge walk across the Bridge, 7’s (Sqat / rail pullups and mercans), lunge walk back across. Quick  Ruck through the construction area, down the ramp, across the back parking lot, to the path.
  2. 7’s at the first walk (Squats / wall dips), ruck to the next walk on the opposite side of the path, conducts same 7’s sets. Quick ruck to the pullup bars.
  3. 7’s at the pullup bars (Pullups / Carolina dry docks). Quick ruck to the Memorial.
  4. 11’s at the Memorial (step ups / ercans). Quick ruck to the stone wall by the stage, repeat 11’s set. Quick ruck to the flag
  5. Tabatas, pairing planks with rucks (feet on the wall) with monkey humpers
  6. Mary, finishing with gas pumpers and LBC’s. AND THAT WAS TIME

COT:

Don’t forget convergence Saturday.

Prayers for: Gasleak (making the right decision on a job opportunity), Popper (for quick recovery for his M), Potter (quick recovery for his 2.0), Dinghy’s friend, Ace (just loss his mother), and safe travels for those on the Thrive Race.
