Preamble:
Quick warmup with a mozy to fullers park and random workouts while jogging. Performed 2 rounds of running stairs with a mixture of merkins and big boys at the top. Jogged over to a field to play ultimate frisbee for a few minutes then jogged back. Overall 2-3 miles of running
