Preamble:

My boy @Whiz stepped up and covered for me on a Q last Monday and I said I would trade whenever he needed me to…YHC should have paid closer attention to his next Q date, but Grindstone is not an arena that you’ll find listed on the tour schedule for the soft c*ck jamboree, so let’s get it…

Warm-O-Rama:

Painful mosey up to the top of the parking lot for Mary; all IC:

The Thang:

Mosey around the field over to the soccer field and grab a coupon on the way in…it appears that a couple of our PAX were picking out stones to wear as a pendant around their necks vs. to work out with but future expectations were laid out clearly…@Crab Cake is willing to perform coupon inspections and trade out as needed if this issue persists, so choose wisely PAX!

COT:

  • Praise for a safe, (Major) injury-free return from the Smoky Mountain Relay for several of our PAX
  • Thanks to all of those who kept the momentum going back in Cumming
  • Convergence in Roswell this Saturday, May 6th.  Clown cars will likely depart from Halcyon for those interested in attending

Naked-Man Moleskin:

Events like the Smoky Mountain Relay truly are great experiences and the F3 Cumming group continues to pursue various challenges regardless of whatever it is that you like to do (individual races, team races, road, trail, long, short, local, far away, runs, hikes, rucks, 24-hour bootcamps, etc.  The opportunities are endless.)

*Q Advice:  Sign up for something and then figure out how to get ready for it – trust me, you can do it and you’ll have a huge support group at your back!  LFG!!!
