Roll of the Dice

Preamble:

After a weekend of SMR celebrations. We decided to go runner a friendly with 0.0 beatdown this week. Unfortunately, 6 of 8 choices on the dice were leg exercises.

Warm-O-Rama:

Mosey to luscious green pillow-like grass for some weed pickers, sun gods, Michael Phelps and hillbillies.

The Thang:

We broke out the dice and rolled them to determine our punishment. One dice full of times or reps, the other with exercises. Lunges seemed to be the dominant pain choice for today.

COT:

1. Praised our SMR crew for their accomplishments this weekend.
2. Reviewed our logo to discuss final touches.
