  • 10 bent over row with sandbag
  • 20 merkins
  • 30 squats with sandbag
  • run a lap around parking lot

repeat that for ~30 minutes

ab mountain (AIC)

  • 10 leg raises
  • 15 ankle grabbers
  • 20 LBC
  • 25 flutter kicks
  • 20 LBC
  • 15 ankle grabbers
  • 10 leg raises

stretch for time
