Preamble:
Today we celebrate the official launch of the City Center AO, “Black Water”. Name is derived from the features of the City Center. We have swamp full of black water, an Amphitheater worthy of blasting Doobie Brothers hit “Black Water” during the beatdowns, and a giant water tower to guide the PAX to the planted flag underneath it.
Warm-O-Rama:
To honor our local PAX Napalm, we did not do SSH to warm up. Instead we went straight into Sun Gods, followed by Hillbillies and Good Mornings.
The Thang:
Phase 1: Completed while cruising the City Center Loop and meeting up at the fountain.
B.urpee Mile: 12 Burpees, run a 1/4 mile, repeat 4 times.

Celebrated the official launch. Discussed upcoming CSAUP 12 hour event coming up at Rubicon. F3 Cumming PAX need to put together 4 teams to attend the event and Q some of the 1 hour beatdowns throughout the night.
