BLIMPS the Mayhem Way

Preamble:
A couple of weeks ago I got the pleasure of getting beatdown by Mayhem at the Academy and thought what happens at the Academy needs to be shared!
Warm-O-Rama:
Run down to the Saint Francis parking lot for some SSH’s, Imperial Walkers, Squats, and some merkins. Then we were down to the track for the main event.
The Thang:
We grouped up into fours. Each group grabbed a cinderblock and got ready for a modified BLIMPS.
First partner grabs the cinderblock and runs. The other three do 5 burpees. Each partner gets a turn carrying the cinder. After all have carried the cinder we rinsed and repeated with Lunges, Imperial Walkers, Merkins, Plank Jacks, and Squats.
COT:
Prayers for Passwords 123’s daughter as she is scheduled for surgery today. Prayers for Ha’ha’s trip to the Holy Land.
Naked-Man Moleskin:
Great Effort by all. Sandman seemed upset with the QIC. Hope he comes back for some more!
